This Accu-Weld lifetime warranty is made only to the original purchaser at the address and date recorded on the attached Certificate of Registration. In order to validate this warranty, the original purchaser must fully complete the Certificate of Registration and mail to Accu-Weld L.L.C at 1211 Ford Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 within 30 days after the installation date.

Accu-Weld windows are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship as a direct result of the manufacturing process. Accu-Weld also warrants, under conditions of normal use and service, that the insulated glass unit will not develop material obstruction of vision as a result of film formation between the interior glass surfaces caused by failure of the hermetic seal. Small spots, bubbles, marks, lint and scratches not exceeding applicable glass manufacturing specifications imposed by Federal Specifications C. 1036-85 will not constitute a defect under this warranty.

Any claims for defects under this warranty must be submitted in writing to the Company, together with a copy of the original warranty and proof of purchase. Accu-Weld reserves the right to a reasonable time for inspection, if necessary. To validate transference to subsequent owner transfer certificate must be submitted to Accu-Weld L.L.C. within 30 days of sale of property.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects as specified herein and does not include defects or damage attributable to installation, normal weathering or defects or damages caused by accidents or fire, flood or other Acts of God, misuse, mildew, building settlement or structural failure of walls, or any other causes or occurrences beyond Accu-Weld's control. Condensation on windows, which may occur as the natural result of humidity within the house or building area, does not constitute a defect in the window and is not included in this warranty. This warranty also does not cover any color migration or fading on vinyl windows which may occur as a result of weathering.

Further, Accu-Weld does not represent or warrant that its windows conform to any and all local applicable laws, ordinances, building codes and safety requirements, it being the sole responsibility of the purchaser to consult with its own architect, building owner, installer, contractor or other professionals regarding conformance with the foregoing laws and requirements.

THE WARRANTY HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE, AND ACCU-WELD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED OR SOLD BY IT. ACCU-WELD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE. No agent, employee or representative of Accu-Weld has any authority to bind Accu-Weld to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning Accu-Weld products or parts, except as stated herein.

THE REMEDY OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, SET FORTH ABOVE, SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST ACCU-WELD FOR ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND/OR SOLD BY ACCU-WELD. ACCU-WELD SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, PERSONAL INJURY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF PROFIT OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS, NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Also, some of the limitations set forth above may not be allowed in certain states and therefore may not apply to particular purchases.

This warranty specifies that labor is not included in the repair of our product. However in certain situations, if we are supplied with specific information as to the problem, we may make an allowance for the purpose of enhancing customer relations.
